We offer a collection service should you live close to our site in the suburb of Rolleston, Christchurch.

Collections are available on certain days between specific times. Select 'collection' from the drop down shipping option menu at the check out page and we will email you your collection options upon receipt of your order.

Timeless Treasures Limited will only refund and accept returns if the item(s) is returned and received within 14 days of purchase and is returned in the original packaging undamaged. An email is required from the customer to state the reason for return to sales@timelesstreasuresnz.com alternatively a letter inside the package is also acceptable outlining the reason for return. Should all terms of the policy be upheld a full refund will be made to the customer. Please note shipping a return back to us will not be refunded.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $5.50 inclusive of GST on all order(s) under $100. We use various courier companies depending on the item(s).

We offer a complimentary gift wrap service. However, some of our products are shipped straight from our suppliers therefore we are unable to gift wrap them, this is indicated in the description of the product, but if your gift is available for wrapping and would like your gift wrapped, please let us know this at checkout using the 'add comment' box along with any other details.  

Example: This is a wedding gift, please wrap and include a personal message.

Please note: some of our products already include gift wrap and message options when placed in the cart. 

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.
